- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the frozen arepa directly in the pan. No need to thaw.
- Cook for 8β10 minutes on the first side, until golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 7β9 minutes.
- Slice open, add your fillings, and enjoy.

- π₯ 2 eggs
- π§ 1 tablespoon butter
- π§ ΒΌ cup crumbled queso fresco (or feta)
- π 2 tablespoons hogao
π Easy Hogao
- π§ Chopped onion
- π Diced tomato
- A little vegetable oil
- Salt
In a small pan, sautΓ© the chopped onion and diced tomato with a little oil and salt until they become a soft, flavorful sauce, about 8β10 minutes.
